JACK BANKS

Biography​

Born in Massachusetts U.S.A, raised in Portugal is what helped Jack turn the creativity switch on with no 'off' switch.

Jack first picked up a camera when he was in High School at age 15.
While studying Graphic Design in Portugal, something about photography caught his attention, that being able to tell a story and share what he saw through the lens.
 

In 2013, he gets his first internship as a photographer for a local studio that ended up working freelance. 

2014 was a year that set a mark not only for his photographic journey but also for the motorsport world. It was the year FIA officialized the World Rallycross Championship. The very first round staged at Montalegre's purpose-built RX track in Portugal and Jack as a photographer for a local newspaper also had at it for the first time.

Since then, his eyes have been focused on Motorsports and Automotive photography. A combination of two passions to last.
